Through Jubilee in the Community, Jubilee REACH and the City of Bellevue coordinate a team of volunteers each year to help homeowners in need with yard maintenance and/or outside home improvement needs. No Cost, Just Care: Yardwork help for seniors and others in need. Accepting applications through June 30, 2025!
Who can apply?
To qualify, you must own and occupy your home in Bellevue. The program is perfect for seniors, long-time residents, people on fixed incomes and anyone with limited help.
While this program is free to Bellevue residents, some projects require homeowners to assist with minimal material costs.
After you have applied
All applicants will be contacted by telephone from a representative of Jubilee REACH and a selection panel will determine which applicants qualify for assistance.
