April 10, 2025: Due to a sewage overflow on Mercer Island, Enatai Beach Park swim area is closed until 3:30 p.m. on April 16, 2025. Chesterfield Beach Park, SE 40th Street Boat Launch, and Burrows Landing are also closed to swimming. Users of non-motorized watercraft should use caution and avoid the affected area.
Enatai Beach Park is your gateway to Lake Washington and the water trails of Mercer Slough Nature Park. This almost three-acre park features a swimming area, swimming dock, boat house, picnic area, restrooms and seasonal canoe and kayak rentals. Accessible parking is available. Enatai Beach Park is also a non-motorized watercraft launch site.
