2024 Park Site and Park Event Requests will be accepted beginning at 9 a.m. on:
- January 17: From those who live or have a business within the city limits of Bellevue
- February 1: From everyone else
Notice: The Meydenbauer Bay Park, Newport Hills Woodlawn Park and Surrey Downs Park are not available for reservation and are open to everyone for drop-in use only; no events or large groups. Enatai Beach Uncovered Site reservations are paused until further notice due to a King County construction project.

Park Use Guidelines: Important information on the reservation process, your rights, privileges and responsibilities as a renter, special uses and city codes, policies and ordinances of which you should be aware. When signing the Agreement section of the request form, you are acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the Park Use Guidelines.
Park Site Information: A list of all parks with sites available for reservation including capacity, if the site has a shelter, number of tables, how many parking spaces, if special uses are allowed and additional amenities in the park.
Park Site Fees: Fees broken down by half-day or full-day use including number of people allowed, based upon Monday-Thursday, Friday-Sunday, or Holiday use.
Park Site Request Form: Form must be received no less than 10 days before the small, private park use date requested. Public and large private events require a Park Event Request Form no less than 60 days before the event date requested.
Park Special Use Form: A special use permit is required when hiring a company to provide any services or equipment in the park during a reservation. If so, submit a completed Park Special Use Form no less than 30 days before reservation date to be considered for approval. Special uses include, catering, entertainment, games, equipment like chairs, tables, tents, etc. or an inflatable ride.
