Neighbor Link brings neighbors together in a spirit of community, service and celebration.
Neighborhood Outreach will help support your block parties with banners, A-boards and flyers. Neighbors who know one another are involved in their community and the city at large. They make a difference, improving the quality of life and safety for all Bellevue residents.
Since the Neighbor Link program began in 2009, Neighborhood Outreach has assisted over 400 neighborhood celebrations.
