As of Sept. 30, the Governor’s shut-off moratorium has ended. Starting January 1, 2022, accounts with past-due balances that do not have payment arrangements in place will be notified that they will now face late fees and potential service disconnection.
Bellevue Utilities is committed to helping our customers in financial need. We encourage all customers who may face a past-due balance to contact us as early as possible about available support options. These include offering flexible payment plans and potential help for qualified customers through the Utilities Rate Relief and Emergency Assistance Programs.
To request a payment plan for your water, sewer and drainage bill, contact 425-452-6973 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
